Madeline Quam

Research Assistant

Madeline is a grad student working under Dr. Marie Coppola in the Language Creation Lab. She graduated from the University of Chicago in 2018 with a BA in Psychology and Linguistics and is currently pursuing a PhD in developmental psychology at UConn. She is interested in language emergence and development, particularly with regard to homesign, as well as how language exposure can affect math knowledge and performance.
